Laboratory plastic PH combination sensor(E-201-C-9)

Features:

The sensor is a kind of combination sensor with PH measurement sensor, AG/AGCL reference sensor and NTC 30kΩ temperature sensor. The shell is made by PC engineer plastic which anti- Corrosion, anti- impact. The protective casing could be screw off, so the PH bulb and junction is easy to clean and maintain.

pH range: 0~14pH

Temperature range: 0~80 C

Sensor slope: ≥97%(25 C)

PH zero potential: ≤30mV (25 C)

PH measurement sensor Resistance: ≤250MΩ (25 C)

Alkali error: ≤15mV (25C)

pH252 ensor

Oxidation Reduction sensor work with filled-type gel electrolyte, silver ions junction, and use Platinum ring to replace PH sensitive glass membrane.

The sensor could resist to the membrane blocking of sulfide content.

It widely used for ORP measurement of Chemical process, such as: Biotechnology.

 

pH204 ensor

PH204, is the combination sensor with excellent performance of anti-pressure, it resists to the membrane blocking of sulfide content. The sensor use Polymer gel electrolyte and the silver ions junction, and also the VP joint, Collection-type temperature (PT100/1000) sensing element.

This sensor can be widely used for the production of Biosensors, and All High-pressure sterilization, in-situ sterilization, such as: Biotechnology, fermentation tanks, pharmaceutical, and yeast culture.

 

pH203 Sensor

PH203, is the combination sensor with excellent performance of anti-pressure, All High-pressure sterilization, in-situ sterilization

The sensor use Polymer gel electrolyte and the silver ions junction. The sensor could resist to the membrane blocking of sulfide content in Biotechnology, such as: Biotechnology, fermentation tanks, pharmaceutical, and yeast culture.

 

pH202 Sensor

P202 is a kind of combination sensor with excellent performance of Anti-oxidation, anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-toxic ions. The sensor with Gel polymer electrolyte and porous Teflon junction, and silver, silver chloride powder reference electrode. The sensor is suitable for the intense changes in the chemical process, e.g. fuel production, mining, Tarot oil boiled, sugar and etc.

 

pH201 Sensor

201 PH combination sensor adopts embedded multi-porous Teflon liquid junction, salt-bridge zero distance process design, use the extended cylindrical-sensitive glass membrane, so that the sensor with faster response ability and reliable stability. The sensor is widely used for the pH measurement of high pure water system.

 The sensor is widely used for the above level of Sub-critical, such as the boiler feed water, condensate, high pure water of the semiconductor industry, drinking water and etc.

 

pH / ORP232 Sensor

232PH/ORP sensor is the combination pH and ORP sensor which with excellent performance, and backfilled electrolyte

This sensor is widely used for pH measurement of Medical, Food, Drink, Chemical process (e.g. chemical production monitoring.),   Petroleum refining, paper, starch slurry, biotechnology, fermentation tanks, soft drink bottling, boiler feed water, cooling water, the high pure water of semiconductor industry , drinking water and others. 

This sensor could replace the sensors of Hamilton MT465, EHETRODEP/FERMTRODE.

When VP replaces S67 to be used as joint, the sensor can be converted into other type of sensor. The sensor could integrate temperature components (PT100/1000) to work for so many fields.

 

Plastic double combination sensor-2

Usage:

It uses large area PTFE liquid junction. It’s suitable for pH measurement of low conductivity solution.

Top , BOTTOM 3/4″NPT, so it’s suitable for pipeline and sinking installation method.

Low –impedance-sensitive glass membrane, so it with stable and Sensitive measurement.

High polymer reference system, there is no need to fill KCL solution.

The sensor with excellent performance and it can replace the overseas sensors.

Application:

Use the large area low impedance sensitive membrane bulb; it’s suitable for pure water application

Apply gel type electrolyte, solid bridge electrolyte. Electrophoresis cell consists of two different kinds of gel electrolytes. The features ensure the longer lifespan and reliable stability of the electrode.

Induction Type Conductivity Sensor-2

Product introduction:

USAGE: It’s for the inline measurement of electrolyte with viscous media, high conductivity, and particle. It’s for the Concentration measurement of Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, potassium chloride, sodium, sodium hydroxide. It uses the sinking installation method. It outputs 4-20mA signal directly.

Induction Type Conductivity Sensor-1

Application:

The meter can be applied to the measurement of strong electrolyte conductivity and the percent concentration, E.g. potassium chloride, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide and etc. The electrode is more suitable for high viscosity, containing granular media measurement. The sensor use sinking installation, output the corresponding 4-20mA directly.
