AMI Model 21 weld heads bring a new level of quality and efficiency to your fusion welding process. Designed for fusion (TIG) welding of tubes through the range of 0.125” (3,175 mm) to 1” (25,4 mm) OD.
The compact, robust design of the heads makes them ideal for restricted clearance applications. Automated clamping combined with precise tube centering and alignment verification will dramatically lower the set-up time and increase productivity. The Model 21 weld heads will exceed the clamping and alignment performance of your current weld head. The optional foot pedal operation reduces your cycle times for bench top work, while the light weight and comfortable hand grip make it ideal for field work.
All Model 21 heads require Model 21 controller.
